Radar24 Terms & Conditions — Full English Version

Radar24 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting platform offering betting services on cricket, football, e-sports, and more for users in Bangladesh and internationally. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Radar24 website and all associated services.

By creating an account or using Radar24's services, you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. Radar24 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and will notify users accordingly.

To create an account on radar24, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. Failure to comply may result in account termination at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same identity, all accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration. Providing false or incorrect details will result in account termination.
• A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be required for account verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• Radar24 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

The following rules must be followed when betting on Radar24. Failure to comply may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.

• Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled, unless a technical issue occurs during the event.
• Odds during live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded to the user's account.
• Radar24 sets the maximum bet limit per event, which is subject to change at any time.
• Radar24 reserves the right to void bets on any event found to involve fraud or match-fixing.
• If a technical error in Radar24's betting system displays incorrect odds, the affected bet will be considered void.

Deposits and withdrawals on Radar24 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following payment rules apply to all users.

• Deposits are generally instant. In the event of a technical delay, funds will be credited within 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 24–72 hours. Bank transfers may take up to 5 business days.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the one used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawal requests above a certain amount may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Payments will only be made to the registered account holder.

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members only, and can be claimed once. Creating a new account after closing an existing one to claim the bonus is strictly prohibited.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified Wagering Requirement. Typically, you are required to wager 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Winnings earned using a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be converted to your real balance.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Radar24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If bonus system abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Users can set their own deposit limits, bet limits, and session time limits.
• If needed, Self-Exclusion can be activated for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• No bonus or promotional messages will be sent during an active self-exclusion period.
• If Radar24 detects suspicious gaming patterns, it may proactively reach out to the user.
• Any family member can contact Radar24 to help prevent underage gaming.

4. Cheating, collusion, or participation in betting syndicates.
5. Placing bets using computer bots or automated software.
6. Suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity.
7. If identified as a minor.
8. Harassing or threatening Radar24 staff.

Radar24 is committed to resolving all complaints promptly and fairly. To submit a complaint, follow the steps below.

• First, contact the support team via Radar24's live chat or email.
• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving a complaint.
• For complex cases, a final decision will be communicated within a maximum of 14 business days.
• If a user is unsatisfied with Radar24's decision, they are free to seek third-party dispute resolution independently.
• For any complaints, keep screenshots or transaction reference numbers as supporting evidence.
